Due to the nature of our products, including baby formula and nutritional items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, to ensure product safety and quality standards.

This policy helps ensure that all customers receive products that are new, sealed, and stored according to safety requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
